Lead luxury content capture and production for MONSE across campaigns and events, owning the monthly calendar, real-time assets, and multi-format edits.

  • Owns end-to-end content flow from capture to delivery within 24–48 hours post-event

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the monthly content calendar aligned to launches, editorial moments, and events
  • Maintain a consistent flow of content across campaigns, BTS, and day-to-day moments
  • Partner with PR and marketing to support press, VIP, and key brand initiatives
  • Execute against creative direction from Laura and Fernando across all content
  • Capture content across runway, events, VIP, atelier, and collection launches
  • Lead weekly capture sessions to ensure a steady pipeline of assets
  • Identify and document high-value moments in real time
  • Shoot across DSLR and iPhone, balancing high-production and lo-fi formats
  • Ensure consistency in visual tone and brand identity
  • Edit video for Reels, BTS, runway, and product storytelling

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in social media or content (luxury or lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong portfolio across photography and videography
  • Advanced editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere; After Effects a plus)
  • Deep understanding of Instagram formats and performance
  • Strong visual taste aligned with MONSE
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple timelines
  • Available for in-office collaboration (2-3 days/week) + flexible/asynchronous work
