Job Summary

Own the day-to-day creation and publishing of social content across multiple platforms, turning platform trends into brand-aligned posts and driving engagement through concise copy and timely community management.

  • Content Production: Create platform-optimized posts, stories, reels, and basic graphics with light editing.
  • Channel Operations: Schedule, publish, and manage content queues while monitoring and responding to community interactions.
  • Content Sourcing & Reporting: Identify user-generated content, coordinate assets, and compile performance insights to inform future content.

Job Description

Support brands by shaping and publishing social content across platforms, coordinating assets and calendars, while tracking performance to inform creative decisions.

  • Content Production: Develop and publish engaging social content, including posts, stories, reels, and basic graphics aligned with brand strategies.
  • Platform Optimization/Editing: Adapt content for platform-specific best practices across TikTok, X, Meta and emerging channels, and assist with light photo and video editing.
  • Audience Engagement: Write clear, concise social copy that reflects each client’s brand voice and drives engagement.
  • Channel Operations: Execute day-to-day management of client social channels, including scheduling and publishing, maintaining content queues and accuracy across platforms.
  • Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and brand-appropriate manner to foster authentic engagement.
  • Calendar & Asset Coordination: Support content calendars, ensure posts are prepared, approved, and published on schedule, and coordinate asset gathering with internal teams.
  • Content Sourcing: Identify, source, and organize user-generated content with proper permissions for campaign use.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in compiling monthly and campaign-level reports, tracking engagement, reach, and follower growth to surface actionable insights.
  • Campaign Support: Facilitate influencer/partner campaigns with logistics, asset organization, and post-campaign data compilation.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in social media roles with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong writing, attention to detail, and basic design/photo-video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
  • Operations: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytics: Understanding of social media metrics with ability to interpret results and act on insights.
  • Craft: Demonstrated ability to craft compelling social campaigns and content strategies.
  • Posting: Experience posting and managing across multiple platforms following best practices.
  • Brand Voice: Ability to reflect diverse client brand voices in copy and captions.
  • Portfolio: Familiarity with sourcing and organizing content that supports campaign goals.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, organization, or client
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout, HeyOrca, Meta Business Suite, or native insights
  • Basic photography or video production skills for short-form content
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment
  • Experience supporting influencer or creator partnerships
