Job Summary

Build and own the social content engine across platforms, with a focus on high quality posting, copy, and engagement to drive reach and inbound leads for the firm and Bill Smith’s personal brand.

Content distribution: own posting cadence and platform mix
Asset creation: craft captions, thumbnails, and posting-ready assets
Performance visibility: monitor engagement and KPI trends to optimize reach

Job Description

Responsibilities

Content distribution and posting cadence across all social platforms
Social copy, captions, thumbnails, and assets that drive engagement
Analytics tracking and KPI trends to push reach and lead generation

Requirements

Strong understanding of all major social media platforms
Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn management
Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and InDesign
Strong copywriting and content creation ability
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Experience using social media scheduling platforms
Basic camera, lighting, and audio production knowledge
Ability to manage multiple content workflows simultaneously
B2C social media experience is strongly preferred

Preferred

B2C social media experience is strongly preferred.
Financial services experience is not required.
