Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and manage high-quality content (posts, short videos, campaigns)
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for growth and engagement
  • Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and branding
  • Stay updated with trends and implement innovative content ideas
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience targeting
  • Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills

Preferred

  • Experience working with U.S.-based audiences
