Job Summary

Own and coordinate the end-to-end short-form content pipeline across multiple brands, combining editing, live moderation, publishing, and optimization for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more.

  • Content Production: Edit and assemble short-form videos from live sessions and long-form content into platform-ready assets.
  • Moderation and Community: Moderate TikTok LIVE sessions, coach viewer engagement, and support livestreams and webinars.
  • Publishing and Optimization: Schedule, publish, and continuously improve content using performance data and emerging trends.

Job Description

Own and optimize short-form content production for multiple brands, spanning video editing, livestream moderation, asset management, and end-to-end publishing across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more.

  • Design graphics, thumbnails, captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that boost engagement.
  • Edit a range of video formats including TikTok LIVE recordings, podcasts, webinars, and promotional content into compelling social assets.
  • Produce promotional videos for webinars, product launches, speaking engagements, campaigns, and events.
  • Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Assist with content calendars and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Monitor performance and suggest improvements to grow audience, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Stay current on trends and brainstorm new content ideas for multiple brands.
  • Help develop strategies to grow brands through engaging digital content.
  • Moderate TikTok LIVE sessions, welcome viewers, manage comments, and facilitate discussions.
