Responsibilities

Active Management Strategy: Design and execute a consistent content schedule that highlights our current commercial projects, "Project Spotlights," and "Case Studies".
Asset Management Workflow: Implement an independent workflow for our field team to transfer project photos and videos for your curation.
System Building: Build a comprehensive "Social Media Content Playbook." You will create the templates, caption standards, and workflows so our internal team can maintain this success long-term.
Consultation & Training: Conduct a final handover consultation and training session to ensure our internal staff is ready to take the reins when the contract concludes.

Requirements

You operate as an independent business or contractor (1099) with a portfolio showing experience in B2B, industrial, or project-based marketing.
You understand how to turn "technical" work into compelling digital stories.
You are organized, process-driven, and enjoy building systems that empower others to maintain them.
