Job Summary

Own content programs for institutional crypto audiences across X, LinkedIn, and our blog, turning onchain insights into shareable narratives while collaborating with research and data science to surface angles that move conversations.

Content ownership: Develop and publish across social, blog, and newsletter to showcase The Tie's capabilities and market perspectives.
Insight packaging: Surface onchain data and crypto trends with visuals and concise storytelling for sophisticated buyers.
Collaboration and measurement: Coordinate with research and product teams, drive newsletters and campaigns, and monitor market shifts for timely topics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and publish content across X, LinkedIn, and our blog that demonstrates The Tie's capabilities and engages institutional audiences
Develop original analysis and commentary - market threads, perspectives on crypto trends, and thought leadership that showcases your expertise and understanding of our audience
Collaborate with research and data science teams to surface compelling onchain insights and package them into shareable content
Write, manage, and grow our newsletter that keeps subscribers informed on market developments and The Tie's latest insights
Work with our creative team to produce infographics, charts, and visual assets that make complex data accessible
Support product launches and other company initiatives by coordinating with the broader marketing team on announcements, events, and campaigns
Monitor crypto markets and regulatory developments to identify timely content opportunities
Conduct independent research when needed to develop original angles and perspectives

Requirements

2+ years in a marketing or content role preferably with a crypto company that works with institutions
Demonstrated success growing and managing social media accounts with measurable engagement and audience growth
Strong writing portfolio with published work (blogs, threads, newsletters, research pieces)
Ability to distill technical or data-heavy concepts into clear, compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences
High proficiency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others
Experience collaborating with technical teams like data science, research, or product
Experience partnering with creative teams to develop infographics and visual content

Preferred

Experience marketing to institutional/B2B audiences in crypto or fintech
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, X Analytics, etc.)
Experience with tools like Figma, Canva
Familiarity with SEO and how content surfaces in AI search
Ideally located in New York
