Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture content in real-time (shows, studio sessions, day-to-day moments)
  • Create and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Manage and schedule posts across all social platforms
  • Collaborate directly with the artists on content direction and ideas
  • Stay on top of trends and identify opportunities early (not late)
  • Turn raw moments into high-performing content quickly
  • Help maintain a consistent, elevated brand presence across all channels

Requirements

  • Based in Los Angeles (non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of music & culture
  • Proven ability to create content that performs (not just looks good)
  • Fast turnaround — you can shoot, edit, and post without bottlenecks
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Available for in-person work (shows, shoots, etc.)

Preferred

  • Have worked with artists, musicians, or music brands before
  • Understand what actually drives growth (not just aesthetics)
  • Can bring creative direction — not just execution
