Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
Create and manage high-quality content, including videos, photos, graphics, and captions, while maintaining consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging
Manage daily social media activity, including posting schedules, platform optimization, community engagement, comments, and direct messages
Build partnerships with influencers, athletes, and content creators to support campaigns, user-generated content, and audience growth
Monitor wellness, supplement, fitness, nutrition, and social media trends to create timely, relevant, and engaging content
Analyze social media performance and support product launches through data-driven recommendations, promotional campaigns, teasers, storytelling, and other launch-focused content

Requirements

5+ years of social media management experience, ideally within wellness, fitness, nutrition, supplements, or consumer products (B2C)
Strong expertise in TikTok and Instagram growth strategies, with the ability to identify current trends and create compelling, on-brand content
Proficient with content creation/editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, along with excellent writing and caption-development skills
Data-driven and self-motivated, with experience using social media analytics to evaluate performance and independently drive ideas and initiatives
Experience with influencer outreach and/or affiliate programs, with a strong interest in health, supplements, fitness, and performance-focused lifestyles
