Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, social copy, and promotional content.
• Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and community interactions.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide performance reports.
• Collaborate with models, photographers, creatives, and internal teams to create compelling content.
• Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate content campaigns for fashion events, castings, model features, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience working within fashion, beauty, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
