Job Summary

Content engine ownership across social channels with a focus on creating, publishing, and optimizing content that drives engagement and growth.

Own content creation and publishing cadence across platforms, partnering with clinicians to surface patient journeys and education.
Link social activity to lead generation and email nurture, then translate results into actionable improvement ideas.
Collaborate on campaigns, influencer/UGC programs, and product launches to move metrics on engagement, traffic, and sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Capture, edit, and publish content across all social media platforms
Assist with filming and production of YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content
Create engaging graphics, captions, thumbnails, and social assets
Manage content calendars and posting schedules
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral and high-performing content
Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages as appropriate
Support content initiatives for City Facial Plastics and Linkov Hair Surgery
Highlight patient journeys, educational content, procedures, and practice updates
Coordinate with physicians and staff to identify compelling stories and content opportunities
Assist with email marketing, review generation, and lead nurturing campaigns

Requirements

2+ years of social media management and content creation experience preferred.
Demonstrated success growing either a personal social media account or a company account
Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently and execute quickly

Preferred

Photography, videography, or graphic design experience is a plus
