Job Summary

Own the voice and content program for dementia and memory care focused social channels, balancing clinical credibility with warm storytelling.

  • Content ownership: craft 3–5 weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for families, caregivers, and the broader community.
  • Educational and human centered content: dementia education, caregiver tips, and engagement storytelling.
  • Community management: nurture conversations with followers and provide thoughtful engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • craft social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that speaks directly to families, caregivers, and the broader community — content that educates without overwhelming, and inspires without oversimplifying. You'll be the voice that reassures a worried adult child at 11pm that someone truly understands what their family is going through.
  • 3–5 posts per week across platforms
  • Educational content on dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care
  • Caregiver tips, engagement strategies, and human-centered storytelling
  • Community management and thoughtful engagement with followers

Requirements

  • A healthcare background (nursing, gerontology, social work, or similar) — strongly preferred
  • Real experience with seniors, memory care, or dementia — personal or professional
  • A portfolio that shows you can write with both clinical credibility and emotional warmth
  • HIPAA awareness and deep respect for client privacy
  • Someone who is self-motivated, consistent, and cares deeply about this work
