Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily scheduling and logistics
- Support content planning and ideation
- Film short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
- Assist with editing and content packaging
- Help manage posting calendar and uploads
- Stay on top of trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle
- Support brand deliverables and content deadlines
- Assist on shoot days and content batching
- Organize wardrobe, props, and PR packages
- Run errands and support day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content
- Interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask across operational and creative work
- Self-starter who can ideate and execute quickly
Preferred
- Experience working with influencers or creators
- Prior personal assistant experience
- CapCut or Premiere editing experience
- Social media growth experience
- Background in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content
