Own and execute executive content capture and production streams, from ideation and calendars to shooting at events and delivering polished video and photo content for Instagram and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

Meet with the executive once a month at her home to film and shoot content
Attend one event a month with her to capture speaking engagements and other real-time moments
Generate concepts and ideas for video and photo content
Produce a weekly content mix for Instagram and LinkedIn (roughly 2 Reels, 1 single photo, and 1 photo carousel per week)
Build monthly content calendars, from ideation through final cuts
Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready content on a consistent schedule

Requirements

Strong iPhone shooting skills, plus comfort with higher-end production equipment
A track record producing content for executives, founders, or other high-visibility individuals
Sharp instincts for what performs on Instagram and LinkedIn
Professional presence — you represent Ona Media every time you're in the room with the client
