Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
• Write captions, hooks, and social copy that fits the Pop Snax voice
• Research trending sounds, formats, and concepts relevant to snacks and international food culture
• Create simple graphics and visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Appear on camera for brand content (optional but encouraged — and this side can grow)
• Assist with influencer and UGC creator outreach and research
• Help build and manage our content calendar and asset library

Requirements

• Current high school student, college student, or recent grad in the Houston area
• You actively create content — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, whatever your platform. We want to see it.
• Real familiarity with short-form video as a creator, not just a viewer
• Strong written communication: captions, copy, hooks
• You follow trends and understand what makes content stop the scroll
• Dependable, self-directed, and communicates clearly
• In-person at our Houston location (77023)
• Ability to commute to Houston, TX 77023 (Required)
• 10–15 hours per week to start, with room to grow
• Flexible scheduling
• Potential for expanded hours and responsibilities based on performance

• Genuine interest in Asian culture, international food, or snack content is a meaningful plus
