Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to plan monthly content calendars around each client's goals, promotions, and seasonal events
• Schedule shoot days with clients and coordinate on-site logistics
• Shoot photo and short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) on location
• Edit video and design graphics that match each client's brand
• Schedule posts in our social management platform and send them through internal and client review before publishing
• Create graphics and design assets for our own company as needed, such as flyers, social graphics, and marketing materials
• Manage comments and incoming messages resulting from postings.

Requirements

• Examples of content you've planned, shot, and edited
• Strong eye for short-form video, trends, and platform best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Organized and deadline-driven when juggling multiple due dates
• Comfortable talking with business owners and directing people for scenes
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Preferred

• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Video editing with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Website design with WordPress or another website builder
• Experience with scheduling tools (Vista Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Photography and lighting basics
