Drive a hands-on video production internship focused on end-to-end short-form content across Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the ideation-to-post pipeline: pitching, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
  • Pitch new video concepts weekly: trends, hooks, angles, and formats you’re seeing work
  • Produce 3+ short-form videos per week across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Script and plan storytelling content, viral trend videos, and scripted brand videos
  • Shoot and edit with an iPhone-native, high-craft aesthetic
  • Appear on camera and deliver voiceover and narration as needed
  • Film on-location and in-office 2-3 days/week, both self-filming and filming drivers, customers, and team
  • Edit in Instagram Edits, CapCut, and Canva; support brand design (emails, collateral) as needed
  • Submit for review & feedback before posting; analyze performance and iterate
  • Content style examples: Scripted brand, Storytelling, Viral trend (see links)

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior in marketing, communications, film, journalism, PR, or related major
  • Chronically online: understands trends and why they work
  • Outgoing and energetic, comfortable on camera and talking to new people
  • Storyteller who thinks in hooks, pacing, and retention
  • Fast learner, feedback-friendly, and self-directed
  • At least one account (personal or brand) you’ve posted consistently to and grown organically
  • Proficiency in Instagram Edits, CapCut, and Canva; Adobe Premiere Pro a plus
  • Strong instinct for short-form storytelling across Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Comfortable on camera and delivering voiceover narration
  • Basic cinematography: light, framing, movement

Preferred

  • Experience on camera beyond class or personal projects
  • Familiarity with scripting or brand video concepts
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (plus)
