Job Description
Responsibilities
- Edit 20-40 short-form video clips per month into polished reels (30-90 seconds) using CapCut or similar
- Write captions using AI tools we provide
- Schedule and publish content across 6 platforms using Buffer
- Send Instagram collab requests to podcast guests
- Link YouTube Shorts to long-form episodes
Requirements
- Strong short-form video editing skills — this is the only hard requirement and the primary thing we will evaluate
- Bachelor's degree required
- Reliable and organized — able to hit a consistent weekly publishing schedule without being micromanaged
- Comfortable using AI tools like Chat GPT or Claude
- Willing to learn Buffer, Instagram, and YouTube workflows (we'll train you)
- Familiarity with real estate content is a plus but not required
