Responsibilities

• You’ll work from established brand guidelines and content plans to execute across platforms.
• Design clean, on-brand static graphics in Canva (using templates + brand direction)
• Support light short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Capture monthly content in NYC (photo + short-form video)
• Schedule and publish posts using Later
• Support posting and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor comments and DMs and flag items that require team input
• Maintain visual consistency across brands
• Track basic performance metrics
• Collaborate with our team in Asana and Slack

Requirements

• Based in NYC, Westchester, or the greater Metro NY area
• Available for occasional in-person content shoots (approximately 1x/month)
• Experienced in supporting social media for a brand or agency
• Strong Canva designer with a clean, elevated aesthetic
• Comfortable with basic short-form video editing
• Familiar with major social platforms and best practices
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working from clear direction
• Available part-time during U.S. business hours (Mon–Fri preferred)
