Responsibilities

• Organic Engagement
• Building out engagement lists for each client in Google sheets and creating list buckets/categories for different accounts based on their relevancy to that client and their social media goals
• Utilize these lists as tools to provide direction and ensure all engagement efforts are performed intentionally and strategically
• Implementing the 5x5x5 Engagement Rule for every client within the portfolio on a weekly basis (Follow 5 accounts, Comment on 5 posts. Interact with 5 posts and Share pieces of Content)
• Community Management
• Daily Monitoring of Instagram and Facebook inboxes
• Reviewing comments, mentions, story tags, and post tags
• Flag collaboration opportunities and important inquiries for the account management team
• Escalate guest concerns and time-sensitive issues
• Research creators and local businesses relevant to each client

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• An academic or professional background working remotely.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and recurring responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to follow detailed written processes (SOPs) with a high degree of accuracy.
• Active familiarity with Instagram and Facebook from both a user and business perspective.

Preferred

• Experience working with the Hospitality Industry, particularly in hotels and event venues.
• Experience working in the travel industry.
• Located in one of the following cities: Philadelphia PA, Wilmington DL, San Diego CA, Houston TX.
• A background in creating graphic design materials using Canva.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social.
• Proficiency using Notion.
• Photography/Videography skills.
• Short-form video editing experience.
• An interest in becoming a full-time social media manager in the future.
