Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and posting content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs to create and test content
  • Building our social presence with creative, no-rules marketing
  • Supporting growth of our mastermind (The Lab)
  • Testing content ideas, hooks, and formats to find what actually performs
  • Turning ideas into real attention and traffic

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • 15 hours per week
  • Charlotte or surrounding areas preferred
  • Unpaid internship (90 days)

Preferred

  • Understanding of social content (or want to get good fast)
  • Interested in AI, marketing, or building something real
  • Willing to test, fail, and improve quickly
