Job Summary
Own the end-to-end paid social and content production that drives leads and product awareness for Dougherty Forestry Mfg, collaborating with ownership and sales to showcase real equipment.
- Paid advertising: plan, launch, optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google to generate qualified leads.
- Content creation: film, edit, and publish reels, shorts, and demos featuring equipment and customer projects to boost engagement and conversion.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google
- Film and edit engaging content featuring: Skid steers, Mulching heads, Land clearing equipment, Customer jobs and demos
- Develop social media strategies that generate leads and sales
- Write compelling ad copy and captions
- Track campaign performance and improve ROI
- Work directly with ownership and sales staff to promote products
- Photograph and video equipment in the field and shop
- Stay current on social media trends and advertising strategies
Requirements
- Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta marketing tools
- Video editing and content creation skills
- Ability to create engaging reels, short-form videos, and ad creatives
- Comfortable around equipment, manufacturing, and outdoor environments
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools preferred
Preferred
- Photography, drone, or graphic design experience is a plus
