Own paid social work across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest with end-to-end campaign ownership and rapid optimization.

Own paid social campaigns, audience testing, and creative A/B testing
Own pixel setup, attribution, and weekly spend optimization for efficiency
Report scaling decisions and spend recommendations to tighten performance

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
Write ad copy and brief the creative team on winning ad concepts
Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly
Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, CTR, and ROAS
Conduct audience testing — lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting
Run creative A/B tests to find winning angles
Report weekly on spend efficiency and recommendations for scaling or cutting

Requirements

No degree required
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
Understanding of pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows
Data-literate — you can read a dashboard and make decisions quickly
Creative eye for what performs — strong ad creative matters
