Job Summary

Own the social content and digital engagement engine for an early years program with multi-channel delivery and events support.

  • Plan and execute social content strategies across channels to promote campaigns.
  • Produce graphics, short-form video content, and promotional assets for campaigns and events.
  • Monitor channel performance and translate data into improvements for engagement and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote the Early Years Stronger Practice Hub programme.
  • Create engaging content across a range of digital and social media channels.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics and promotional materials.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for campaigns and online engagement.
  • Support conferences, webinars, workshops and events through the creation of visual assets and resources.
  • Plan and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Upload and maintain content across websites and digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance across digital channels and provide insights to improve engagement and impact.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns and provide occasional on-the-day event support.

Requirements

  • Experience in a digital marketing role (2-4 years)
  • Experience managing social media professionally
  • Experience using CMS platforms and email marketing tools
  • Strong copywriting, editing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work to deadlines
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving
  • A passion for improving outcomes for children and families, particularly those facing disadvantage
  • Experience in related marketing disciplines or platforms

Preferred

  • Degree or equivalent in professional marketing or digital marketing
  • SEO knowledge
  • Experience supporting video and photography content
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience using a range of design and communication tools, such as Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot and ConcreteCMS
  • Understanding of the core principles of successful social media campaigns and website development
