Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, dealership staff, customers, events, service departments, and community moments.
• Create content that feels natural, engaging, and platform-specific — not overly corporate or outdated.
• Help produce a mix of content styles, including vehicle showcases, lifestyle content, educational videos, dealership personality pieces, trends, event coverage, and storytelling-based posts.
• Support content creation for multiple Chapman dealership brands while keeping each store’s identity and audience in mind.
• Photograph vehicles in a clean, polished, and brand-appropriate style for social media, campaigns, event recaps, and dealership storytelling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work onsite at Chapman Corporate Center in Chandler, AZ.
• Must be available for frequent local travel and occasional overnight travel to Tucson or Las Vegas.
• Must provide links to content samples, portfolio, social media accounts, or previous video work.

Preferred

• Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
• Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva
• Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later
• Meta Insights, Hootsuite Analytics, Google Analytics
• Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or similar tools.
