Responsibilities

• Lead strategy to strengthen connections with the North American community of accountants and bookkeepers and champion regional voices within the content strategy.
• Manage regional influencer campaigns and capture authentic social-first content at industry events.
• Provide dedicated social media support for the Melio brand, drafting platform-appropriate captions and ideating content formats to drive brand credibility and community growth.
• Collaborate with global production agencies to execute regional influencer engagement and high-impact campaigns.
• Work with the North American Marketing team and Global Social counterparts to ensure regional activity scales effectively while remaining brand-consistent.

Requirements

• Experience managing and growing brand social communities with high engagement
• Talent for visual storytelling and copywriting for short-form video and carousels
• Proactive mindset and resilience to move between high-level strategy and hands-on content execution
• Experience briefing and managing external agencies
• Strong understanding of SaaS or cloud environments
• Proficiency with Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite

Preferred

• Experience with CapCut or Canva for video/photo content editing
• Proficiency with other social media management tools beyond Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite (optional)
