Job Summary

Own end-to-end event support and community-building workflows, from RSVP management and run-of-show to content scheduling and reporting.

  • NYC-based, part-time (~8–10 hrs/week) for an initial 8-week term.
  • Bring order to details, strong hospitality mindset, and comfort with Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, Instagram, and spreadsheets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event timelines, RSVP management, run-of-show documents, and vendor/guest coordination.
  • Community and partner communications.
  • Event product setup, QR-code and first-party data capture, and inventory tracking.
  • Social content scheduling, event shot lists, and post-event content organization.
  • Weekly reporting on RSVPs, attendance, customer capture, product sales, and deliverables.
  • The organization of Rematea’s fall calendar, including community conversations, cultural partnerships, and a December product collaboration.

Requirements

  • NYC-based and available approximately 8–10 hours per week.
  • Organized, warm, responsive, and excited by thoughtful hospitality.
  • Interested in brand strategy, community building, wellness, events, cultural programming, or consumer startups.
  • Comfortable in Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, Instagram, and spreadsheets.
  • Able to work independently from clear briefs and bring order to details.
