Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a one-day, on-site position based in Boulder, Colorado, at the 1940s Summer Ball on June 20th from 5:00 PM–11:00 PM.
  • The Social Media Video role will be responsible for capturing key moments of the event using a smartphone or video camera.
  • Responsibilities include filming exclusive backstage content and artist interviews, spotlighting guests by sharing their stories, documenting event setup, capturing performances, contests, activities, and creating short-form video clips featuring various people involved with the event.
  • The role will also assist with hosting and filming TikTok Live or Instagram Live segments featuring performers, behind-the-scenes moments, event highlights, and audience engagement.
  • We will provide a list of key shots and moments to capture for social media and ask that all video content be delivered within three days of the event for use in post-event recap and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media video content creation and management.
  • Must have own microphone for interviews.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred

  • Interest in the 1940s era and its cultural significance is beneficial.
