Responsibilities

• Distribute business cards and marketing materials in strategic locations
• Engage professionally with potential clients
• Build relationships with local businesses (real estate offices, banks, law firms)
• Promote mobile and concierge notary services
• Identify new client opportunities
• Represent the brand with confidence and elegance

Requirements

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Serious candidates only—must be committed to growth and long-term opportunity
• Willingness to become a Notary Public within 4–6 months after probationary period ends
