Job Summary
Clip City is seeking a Short-Form Video Editor to edit short-form clips from existing content, brainstorm organic content ideas for the Clip City page, and design thumbnails. Responsibilities include creating clip breakdown edits, testing short-form strategies, and continuously improving editing skills to grow the brand. Requirements include experience editing short-form video with Premiere Pro, strong hooks and retention-focused techniques, and providing 2–3 examples of edits.

Responsibilities
- Editing short-form clips from existing content
- Coming up with organic content ideas for the Clip City page
- Creating clip breakdown edits that explain why certain content performs well
- Designing thumbnail covers for each edit to keep the page clean and consistent
- Testing different short-form strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Continuously improving your editing skills while contributing to the growth of the brand
Requirements
- Experience editing short-form video using Adobe Premiere Pro (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Ability to create engaging edits with strong hooks, captions, pacing, and retention-focused techniques
- Comfortable working with existing content and developing original content ideas
- Must provide 2–3 examples of your short-form edits
- Self-motivated, able to follow a style guide, and interested in growing long-term with the brand
