Own the full cycle of short-form video for a beauty brand, from concept to publication, while growing a loyal audience on TikTok and Instagram and coordinating with marketing and design to support launches.

Own end‑to‑end short-form video production for TikTok and Instagram Reels, from concept through filming, editing, and publishing.
Grow and engage Glimmr’s audience with near-daily original content and community management.
Collaborate with the marketing manager and creative team to back promotions, campaigns, and product launches with video content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary on-camera talent for Glimmr, creating hair tutorials, mini vlogs, behind the scenes video, talking-to-camera and voiceover videos, trend-driven content, educational beauty content, and other videos. Think of yourself as a beauty and lifestyle content creator.
Own short-form video production end to end, from concept through filming, editing, and publishing across Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Publish original short-form content on a near-daily basis across isntagram and TikTok.
Create video content to support promotions, campaigns, and new product launches, in collaboration with the marketing manager and creative team.
Grow Glimmr’s TikTok and Instagram accounts, expand reach, and build an engaged community.
Manage day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments and direct messages.
Maintain the social media content calendar and contribute to the broader marketing calendar in coordination with the marketing manager.
Develop and execute short- and long-term content strategies to grow audience, engagement, and reach.
Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously refine the content strategy.
