Own onboarding and live campaigns from install to activation.
Must-have: strong Shopify apps, themes, and merchant-workflow experience.

Own Shopify integrations and merchant onboarding - from install to live campaigns
Help brands build flows to collect customer content, reviews, and feedback (photos, videos, testimonials, NPS)
Set up and optimise incentivised loops - reward customers for content, reviews, and engagement
Create high-converting Shopify journeys - post-purchase, landing pages, and retention flows
Implement Apple Wallet and Google Wallet experiences - loyalty cards, rewards, and contact capture
Turn successful setups into repeatable playbooks and feed insights back into product

Strong experience with Shopify - apps, themes, and merchant workflows
Proven ability to sell and onboard technical tools with non-technical teams
Solid understanding of ecommerce growth - acquisition, retention, and conversion
Experience with customer generated content, reviews, or feedback tools
Able to build end-to-end flows - content, reviews, feedback, and incentivised engagement
Clear communicator with a practical, outcome-focused approach
Independent and comfortable working in an early-stage environment
