Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and excellent customer service
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and uphold company standards
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and payroll accuracy with precision and integrity
• Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, and onboarding processes to build a strong team foundation
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to boost store performance

Skills

• Proven management experience in restaurant or similar environments with supervising responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
• Skilled in negotiation, employee training & development, and customer service excellence
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
• Expertise in retail math, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks
• Leadership qualities with experience in assistant or store management roles; capable of supervising staff during shifts
• Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, and retail sales techniques
• Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with grocery store operations or wireless sales is advantageous
