Job Summary

Own and lead the marketing organization to achieve revenue and growth goals by setting strategy, coaching the team, managing budgets, and strengthening relationships with insurers, property managers, and other centers of influence.

  • Build relationships with agents, property managers, and other Centers of Influence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Help develop and execute the annual marketing strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals.
  • - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Representatives.
  • - Establish sales, activity, and revenue goals while monitoring team performance.
  • - Build and strengthen relationships with insurance agents, property managers, commercial businesses, municipalities, and other Centers of Influence.
  • - Plan and oversee Lunch & Learns, Continuing Education classes, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • - Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • - Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize market shares and business growth.
  • - Manage the marketing budget and approve departmental expenses.
  • - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training of marketing team members.
  • - Oversee CRM management, customer databases, marketing materials, and website content.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field.
  • - Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • - Proven success leading teams and achieving revenue growth.
  • - Strong budgeting, planning, and organizational skills.
  • - Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • - Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
