Job Summary

omni-channel marketing ownership for assigned service lines with a focus on revenue and cross-functional alignment.

  • Own strategic plans across SEO/SEM, social, website updates, and reporting to drive service-line growth.
  • Coordinate with admin and physician leads to ensure assets and campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Lead annual plans, measurable campaigns, and cross-channel optimization with ROI visibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic marketing lead for any assigned service lines.
  • Working in conjunction with the administrative leads and physician leads of your assigned service line you will create an omni-channel marketing plan that solves business needs and drives revenue to the organization.
  • Plan, facilitate, attend, and participate in meetings and other events as needed.
  • Be able to speak to SEO/SEM, social media, website revisions, omni-channel marketing plans and reporting.
  • Provide strategic direction and fresh thinking to help drive business results.
  • Integrate effective marketing planning with each service lines unique business objectives.
  • Work closely with the creative services team to ensure that all digital channels are always up to date for the assigned service lines.
  • Creates, implements, and measures annual marketing plans for key priorities.
  • Determines and manages marketing needs and functions as project lead on all designated marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates the creation, implementation, production, and measurement of marketing campaigns to support goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Required bachelor’s degree business, marketing, or a related field with a preferred master's degree business, marketing, or a related field
  • Required 4 Years in Progressive marketing or communications experience
  • Detailed knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, strategic planning, direct marketing, and creative development. Previous healthcare experience is not required but a plus.
  • Digital media and marketing experience is a must in this ever-changing digital environment. It is important to be well versed in paid search, digital display, email marketing, social media, and reporting.
  • Experience working with executive leadership is a must.
