- Improve AI search visibility and backlink health with weekly attribution reporting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own our SEO strategy end to end: technical SEO, on-page optimization and content planning.
- Decide which of our thousands of generated app pages should be indexed, and focus Google on the pages that sell.
- Build pages for real buyer searches, like ServiceTitan + Viewpoint Spectrum or NetSuite integration services.
- Audit the site, fix what's holding it back, and move pages that are close to the top of results up quickly.
- Make sure every buyer page has a clear conversion path: a consultation form, a signup, or an Integration Health Check.
- Grow our visibility in AI answers (ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and in Bing.
- Direct link building toward priority pages and keep our backlink profile clean.
- Make sure organic leads are correctly attributed in HubSpot, and report weekly on what shipped and what moved.
Requirements
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals: technical, keyword research, on-page.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI search optimization and where search is heading.
- Highly analytical, proactive and resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred
- B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
