Job Summary

Own the SEO engine end to end, combining technical optimization, content alignment, and data-driven iteration to lift organic visibility and quality traffic.

Growth Infrastructure: Establish SEO analytics and dashboards to track rankings, traffic, and conversions; feed insights to content and product teams.
On-page & Technical SEO: Lead content optimization, site structure improvements, and UX-ready improvements for crawlability.
Link Building & Partnerships: Support outreach and collaboration to strengthen domain authority and inbound signals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify content and ranking opportunities.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Track industry trends, search engine updates, and algorithm changes.
Prepare SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.
Support link-building efforts to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.

Requirements

Experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role preferred.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
