Responsibilities

• Build SEO roadmaps based on business goals, search opportunity, and expected impact.
• Identify technical SEO, content, local SEO, and AI search opportunities that improve performance.
• Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead quality to understand why performance changes.
• Develop recommendations that are clear, actionable, and tied to measurable results.
• Partner with content, development, design, paid media, PR, and client-facing teams to bring strategies to life.
• Monitor performance after implementation and adjust strategies as new opportunities emerge.
• Stay on top of emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities across Search and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience managing multiple client accounts or websites.
• A strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and search analytics.
• Experience developing SEO strategies that support business goals rather than focusing solely on rankings or traffic.
• Confidence in analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating performance into clear recommendations.
• The ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on expected impact.
• Experience with collaborating with writers, developers, designers, paid media teams, and client-facing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to different audiences.
• A desire to stay ahead of industry changes, including AI search and emerging search experiences.
