Job Description
Responsibilities
- Audit and maintain technical SEO/GEO health across client sites, implementing fixes directly where Perrill has access and delivering recommendations for client implementation where we do not.
- Identify content opportunities and citation-building efforts that improve search, AI visibility, and brand authority.
- Analyze performance data and present findings and recommendations to clients with clear business impact.
- Optimize content and product pages based on data, keyword research, and competitive research.
- Implement and validate structured data to support search and AI visibility.
- Maintain client search and analytics platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and prompt research across traditional and AI-driven search.
- Build dashboards and reports to track search and AI visibility performance.
- Participate in client calls to present strategy, performance, and recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role
- Google Analytics (GA4) Certification (required within 90 days of hire, or currently held)
Preferred
- Previous agency experience
- Hands-on experience with AI search optimization
- Additional certifications in SEO tools or platforms a plus (SEMrush, Yoast, HubSpot)
