Job Summary

Own the SEO and GEO content optimization engine for AI-first discovery, blending technical content structuring with AI retrieval readiness, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organic growth.

  • Own SEO & GEO strategy and reporting; Lead content updates and page-level improvements; Align with PMM/content and demand teams to prioritize GEO-ready content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • SEO & GEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research with Semrush, map rankings, optimize content for AI retrieval, and drive content priorities with PMM and content teams.
  • Content & Page Optimization: Improve clarity and structure of content, rewrite for search intent, and recommend updates for high-value pages; partner with the web team for iterative improvements.
  • Web Chat & Engagement: Update chat playbooks, improve routing and meeting conversion, and align chat experiences with GEO-driven content priorities.
  • Systems & Analytics: Own SEO/GEO reporting using Semrush and GA4, track rankings and content health, build dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital content strategy.
  • Hands-on expertise with Semrush (REQUIRED) and GA4 ; familiarity with Ahrefs /Moz/ ScreamingFrog is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of search intent, metadata, content structure, and on-page SEO.
  • Strong writing/editing skills for content clarity and performance.
  • Familiarity with AI-based search optimization (GEO) or eagerness to learn.
  • Analytical, organized, and able to turn insights into prioritized recommendations.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across digital, content, PMM, and demand teams.

Preferred

  • Experience refining chat playbooks (Qualified preferred).
