Responsibilities

• Manage SEO and AI search strategy across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Stay ahead of search trends, algorithm shifts, and evolving AI search behavior
• Translate data into actionable strategy that clients can understand and act on
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner, not just a vendor
• Pivot quickly when strategy needs to change based on performance, market shifts, or client feedback
• Collaborate with internal content, technical SEO, and creative teams to execute strategy

Requirements

• Experience in the health and beauty industry strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of both traditional search behavior and how AI search is changing the way people find information
• Strong proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts without losing quality or attention to detail
• Strong strategic thinker who can pivot plans based on new data or client needs
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting strategy directly to clients
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
