Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 30+ home service clients
- Communicate daily via Slack and email with responsiveness and clarity
- Build trust through consistent, proactive communication—not just reacting to requests
- Record weekly Loom updates summarizing progress, wins, and next steps
- Lead monthly strategy calls walking clients through performance and recommendations
- Translate SEO metrics into language business owners actually understand
- Manage new client onboarding: welcome emails, access collection, expectation-setting
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the fulfillment team with clear documentation
- Communicate client needs to our SEO and web dev team with clarity and follow-through
- Track updates, pending items, and client health in our project management system
Requirements
- 3–5 years in client success, account management, or a client-facing SEO role
- Solid understanding of local SEO fundamentals (rankings, GBP, citations, content)
- Experience managing 20+ accounts simultaneously without dropping balls
- Comfortable with Slack, Loom, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Strong on-camera presence, you'll be recording Looms and leading video calls regularly
- Proactive and organized; you don't wait to be told what needs doing
- Genuinely enjoy working with small business owners
