Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead a team of performance marketers across paid media and acquisition channels, setting priorities, performance expectations, and team goals
Own and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid social, creator and influencer marketing, direct mail, affiliate, and emerging acquisition channels
Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual media budget to drive scalable customer acquisition, revenue growth, and efficient return on investment
Analyze full-funnel performance and translate channel, customer, and financial data into strategies that improve customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion, and incrementality
Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and acquisition strategies that create net-new demand and expand HCP's growth opportunities
Partner with Creative to translate customer insights and performance data into high-velocity creative testing, clear briefs, and stronger campaign execution
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional partners to strengthen the full-funnel acquisition engine
Design and execute structured experimentation across creative, audiences, offers, targeting, landing pages, and channel tactics
Own reporting, performance forecasting, and investment recommendations for the channels within the portfolio, communicating results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
Manage agency, vendor, platform, and partner relationships while identifying emerging tools, capabilities, and approaches that improve performance

Requirements

7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing marketing professionals
Experience managing material marketing budgets across multiple channels, programs, product lines, markets, or audiences, with demonstrated ability to allocate investment and optimize performance across a complex portfolio
Strong expertise in paid social advertising platforms and performance marketing tools (i.e. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
Strong analytical fluency across full-funnel marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, attribution, testing, and forecasting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation

Preferred

Strong strategic judgment with the ability to balance long-term growth opportunities with near-term performance and efficiency
A bias for action, experimentation, and continuous optimization
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Creative, Product, Analytics, Finance, and senior leadership
Curiosity about emerging customer acquisition strategies, technologies, platforms, and consumer behaviors
Comfort making decisions, establishing priorities, and creating clarity in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Ability to connect customer insights, creative strategy, channel performance, and business outcomes
A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery
