We’re looking for an elite long-form YouTube editor to join the team for Stephen Sharer.

This is not a basic editing role. We’re looking for someone capable of editing at a MrBeast-level standard when it comes to pacing, storytelling, retention, sound design, visual polish, and keeping viewers engaged from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:

• Exceptional long-form YouTube editing experience

• Strong storytelling and retention instincts

• Fast, intentional pacing without over-editing

• Advanced sound design and music selection

• Motion graphics, VFX, compositing, and visual enhancement skills

• Ability to turn large amounts of raw footage into a clear, entertaining story

• Strong understanding of hooks, payoffs, escalation, and audience retention

• Experience working with large YouTube creators is strongly preferred

• Comfortable taking ownership of an edit from raw footage through final delivery

Content: High-energy entertainment, challenges, adventures, experiments, and story-driven YouTube videos.

We are looking for someone who understands that every second of the video needs a purpose.

If your portfolio demonstrates top-tier YouTube storytelling and editing, we want to see it.

Compensation: $700–$1,500+ per video depending on experience and quality.

Miami-based editors are a plus, but exceptional remote candidates are welcome.
