Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Media Operations Leadership: Provide executive leadership for Media operations within PMO ensuring consistent ways of working across regions, capabilities, and agencies.
  • Escalation & Delivery Risk: Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risk, timeline integrity, and cross‑team dependencies.
  • Strategic Alignment: Drive alignment between Media Strategy, Investment, Technology, and offshore teams to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Transformation & Change: Oversee operational needs around transformation and change management for Media, including integration with Project Vulcan and Groupe solutions/technology.
  • Staffing & Capacity Risk Oversight: Partner with Media, Operations and Talent leadership to identify staffing gaps that materially impact media delivery; support client leadership and project management for staffing requests.
  • QA Stewardship: Own end‑to‑end Media QA governance, including process design, enforcement, and continuous improvement; enforce national and channel‑specific QA checklists and QA pod models; establish incident reporting and escalation protocols; scale QA solutions and automation with Investment and Technology teams; implement preventative controls to reduce errors and liability.
  • Incident & Operational Risk: Co‑own governance of media incidents, coordinate cross‑functional response, translate learnings into process and staffing improvements, provide leadership‑level visibility into QA health and systemic risk.
  • Agility & Operational Excellence: Serve as executive sponsor for media agility efforts; establish governance for timelines, workflows, and delivery standards; ensure scalability without quality or compliance degradation.
  • Commercial & Growth Enablement: Embed operational rigor and QA credibility into growth narratives; partner with Growth, Commercial Finance and Media Strategy to ensure models are viable and scalable.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of media operations experience within a large, complex agency environment.
  • Operational excellence is codified and repeatable.
  • Established playbook for scaled use across client.
