Job Description

Responsibilities

  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and sales, to ensure successful marketing initiatives
  • managing projects to enhance IHRR’s brand, drive sales and partnerships, and expand presence within the freight railcar and logistics industries

Requirements

  • Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret market data and inform decision-making
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Sales
  • Expertise in Trading strategies and practices relevant to the rail industry
  • Demonstrated ability in Project Management to lead complex initiatives from concept to completion
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships in the rail industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the rail industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
