Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Director Sales Operations. The position involves leading and managing strategic sales operations, enhancing sales enablement processes, and optimizing overall operational efficiency to support the sales team. Responsibilities include analyzing data to drive decision-making, improving sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. The Senior Director will also develop metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and promote growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement
• Proficiency in Operations Management, with a focus on driving operational improvements
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess data and inform strategic decisions
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within sales operations or related functions
