Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance for enterprise clients on well-conceptualized and researched PR and integrated marketing programs, collaborating seamlessly with dedicated internal teams across disciplines.
  • Possess a deep understanding of enterprise technology, specifically networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity ecosystems, including emerging infrastructure trends, IT modernization, and the competitive landscape
  • Execute and demonstrate Method’s Concierge Service client service approach to your clients and teams
  • Oversee the development of goals for internal team members and clients, leading teams to effectively execute against client strategy
  • Empower and support ADs and VPs in guiding teams to collaborate and produce high quality work effectively
  • Coach teams to develop strong written content and creative newsworthy pitches that align with clients' business objectives; lead and coach teams in maintaining and growing media relationships
  • Work with the management team to optimize overall agency functions and performance
  • Provide strategic input on decision-making issues affecting the agency – new business, best practices, client service and performance management
  • Work with People Ops to motivate and lead a high-performance team; contribute to attracting, recruiting and retaining team members; deliver constructive and clear feedback to ensure level requirements are met
  • Act as a mentor for designated direct reports, ensuring quarterly 360 reviews are performed and career development goals are set

Requirements

  • Typically 10 - 15 years’ experience (or equivalent expertise and education) in public relations, communications, marketing and/or related fields, with proven experience leading accounts for Fortune 500 or large, publicly traded global technology brands.
  • Required experience in the enterprise technology sector with a strong understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, unified communications, or related areas

  • A deep network of relationships with top-tier business, enterprise tech, and IT trade journalists and influencers.
  • Expert-level editing and writing capabilities, as well as proficiency with AI workflows
  • Able to manage others and oversee multiple direct reports with different managerial requirements, working on both hard and soft skill development for coachees
