Job Description

Establish and lead Constellation's Commerce Consulting capability, defining the long-term vision, operating model, and growth strategy.
Serve as the executive commerce advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance across the evolving commerce ecosystem.
Develop integrated commerce strategies spanning retail media, digital shelf, marketplaces, omnichannel commerce, data, technology, and organizational transformation.
Build and scale a multidisciplinary Commerce Consulting team by attracting, developing, and mentoring top talent.
Partner across Publicis agencies to create integrated client solutions that leverage strategy, media, creative, data, technology, and commerce expertise.
Identify new growth opportunities and expand commerce consulting engagements across the client portfolio.
Shape thought leadership around emerging commerce trends, retailer ecosystems, AI, connected commerce, and digital transformation.
Establish strategic partnerships with key commerce platforms, retailers, technology providers, and industry organizations.
Develop scalable methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property that differentiate Publicis Commerce in the marketplace.
Influence executive-level client decisions while driving measurable commercial outcomes.
