Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality strategy deliverables with minimal oversight (core deliverables include brand/product positioning, messaging hierarchies, communications plans and content strategy)
• Providing clients with actionable implications and recommendations
• Helping clients set objectives and navigate key milestones
• Leading client workshops, stakeholder interviews and strategic discussions with credibility and authority
• Pitching and editing pieces of thought leadership
• Serving as the client communications point person and project manager for strategy projects, and problem-solving to keep projects on track
• Writing new business proposals for multi-phase projects
• Mentoring and/or managing associate strategists
• Building partnerships across the agency
• Living and delivering on Fusion Hill core values

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of agency experience serving as a strategic lead on client projects and/or accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
• Experience in B2B marketing and complex businesses (e.g., healthcare, financial services)
• Clear and concise communicator, whether writing or presenting
• Proven ability to provide thoughtful guidance and constructive feedback to creative teams
• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Advanced proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
